Who are Eureka?

Eureka are the oldest grinder manufacturer in Italy. Eureka are responsible for producing grinders for many other brands such as Victoria Arduino, Simonelli and Rocket who all benefit from their patented grind adjustment wheel. So what you get is a premium grinder at a lower cost than many higher profile brands.

What is the Zenith 65 HS?

The Zenith 65 HS (High Speed) is a mid range 65mm flat burr on-demand grinder.

It can grind a 18g double shot in around 5.5 seconds, has excellent distribution and is extremely quiet. In short, it’s very fast even compared to many other much more expensive models / brands out there. You could compare it to either the Mahlkonig E65s, Mazzer Super Jolly E or the Anfim Practica.

It’s got a very easy to use control panel consisting of two program buttons, which you can program any time setting too, by pressing the plus/minus buttons to increase/decrease the grind time. These are commonly set up to hold single & double shots. It also has a feature to activate manual / continuous mode, plus a clever ‘lock’ feature if you wish to stop anyone altering the settings on shift.

Who’s it suited to?

It’s perfect for those serving low – medium volume coffee, between 50-150 coffees per day, such as low-medium volume coffee bars, restaurants, bars or home coffee enthusiasts.
