The CBS-2132 XTS Dual Batch Brewer:

This is the Dual Station 2 x 3 litre CBS-2132 XTS Touchscreen Series Airpot Coffee Brewer. It is a perfect match for any cafe, restaurant, bar or office, looking to serve medium volume tea & coffee.

The CBS-2132 can produce between 43.5 and 53 litres of coffee per hour. That equates too around 150-180 latte sized cups (300ml per cup) per hour.

Brewing system:

Experience total control of this fully featured Extractor® Brewing System via an inviting touchscreen interface display that is intuitive, easy to read and simple to navigate.

The Extractor® gives you full control of the entire brewing process. From temperature of water to time of the brew to water volume allowing you to create the best brewing recipe for your coffee.

The 2132 comes fitted with the new Cascading Spray Dome®. This patented spray head won’t rust, is easy and safe to clean, and above all delivers uniform saturation of the coffee bed so your coffee extracts evenly, giving you a tastier cup of coffee.

Duplicate batch profiles and parameters to and from any of the batch buttons on a single machine or copy the information to an unlimited number of brewers via a removable SD card (sold separately).

Power for this unit:

The CBS-2132 XTS is powered by a dedicated 20 amp supply. You require a hard wired connection to use it.

Compatible equipment:

This CBS-2132 XTS Batch Brewer is compatible with the LUXUS L4S 10 – 4L available HERE, plus the LUXUS L4S 15 – 6L Thermal Server, which you can purchase HERE. Please note: You are arguably best choosing 2 units of the L4S 10 version as the maximum brew capacity is 2 x 3L on this unit.

Brewing directly into a server? If you want to brew into a server on the 2131 then you also need to add tall feet to the brewer, which come with the brewer (found inside the brew basket).

If you are using the LUXUS Servers, you will require a stand to sit the server on to dispense from. The CBS-2132 XTS is compatible with both the single stand, which you can purchase HERE, plus the dual stand, which you can purchase HERE.

If you require filters, the compatible filters are F002, and can be purchased HERE.
