The CBS2111 Batch Brewer:

The CBS-2111 XTS is great for any medium to high volume restaurant or cafe. It’s easy to use with its touch screen display and automated programming – easy to use and fit into a small space, brewing any kind of hot tea or coffee. It can individually program up to 8 recipes and temperatures ranging from 80°C to 97°C to provide the ultimate versatility in hot brewing solutions in up to 6L batches. *The

It provides a dedicated hot water tap for dispensing hot water for tea, without impacting it’s ability whilst brewing coffee on the main system.

Power for this unit:

The CBS-2111 XTS is powered by a standard UK 3-Pin Plug. You do not require a hard wired connection to use it.

Compatible equipment:

This Batch Brewer is compatible with the LUXUS L4S 15 – 4L available HERE, plus the LUXUS L4S 15 – 6L Thermal Server, which you can purchase HERE. Please note, the CBS-2111 has a single capacity of 6L, so you are arguably best choosing the 6L LUXUS if you are brewing 6L batches.

If you are using the LUXUS Servers, you will require a stand to sit the server on to dispense from. The CBS2111 XTS is compatible with both the single stand, which you can purchase HERE, plus the dual stand, which you can purchase HERE.

If you require filters, the compatible filters are F001, and can be purchased HERE.
